SensMax LR Customer Feedback System

The customer feedback system is a highly effective tool for the real-time evaluation of customer satisfaction. It is completely wireless and can be easily mounted in any location, such as retail stores, banks, airport corridors, public institutions, or medical clinics.

The system records three types of responses: negative, neutral, and positive. The customer presses the icon corresponding to their mood, and the vote is instantly recorded in the device's internal memory. The collected data is automatically transmitted to the headquarters, allowing for the analysis of satisfaction reports over various time intervals: hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. The system directly helps automate the calculation of the Net Promoter Score (NPS).

⚙️ How the System Works

The feedback device is completely autonomous, battery-operated, and features three buttons (icons expressed through emoticons) and a dedicated plastic holder to display the desired question.

Technical Performance and Key Features:

• Extended Battery Life: The device's battery has a lifespan of up to 2 years.

• Data Security: The internal memory can autonomously store up to 25 days of statistics.

• Automatic Collection: Data is read automatically by a gateway via radio transmission. Subsequently, the statistics are sent to the central database through the local area network (LAN) or a cellular connection (GSM modem).

• Advanced Reporting: Information is processed in the SensMax EasyReport application, generating intuitive graphic and tabular reports.

• SMART Integration: If you are already using SensMax people counters, you can correlate traffic data with feedback data to accurately calculate conversion rates and the correlation between the number of visitors and their satisfaction level.

📡 Available Versions Based on Communication Range:

To perfectly adapt to the size of the location and the placement of the data collector, the system is available in three radio coverage variants:

• SensMax L3 (Standard): Standard communication range of 30-40 meters.

• SensMax L3 LR (Long Range): Communication range of up to 150 meters in open space or up to 50 meters through walls.

• SensMax L3 SLR (Super Long Range): Extended communication range of up to 900 meters in open space or 150 meters through walls.
