This specialized TV-Box client unit is engineered exclusively for integration with MicroTouch queue management systems. Featuring an adaptive graphical interface, the layout automatically adjusts based on the number of configured service lines. In multi-service mode, it acts as an overview summary table showing the latest called numbers across all queues; in single-service mode, it functions as a 3-entry call history display. The screen also integrates a dedicated digital signage playlist zone on the left, local weather updates at the top, and live RSS news headlines along the bottom.
