The innovative Q-RETAIL PRO queue management system, designed to handle up to two distinct queues while streaming digital signage media remotely via cloud technology. A major upgrade from standard LED call systems, it offers a cost-effective solution to engage waiting customers with real-time news, announcements, and promotional content across single or multiple locations simultaneously.

The screen features a structured layout divided into designated display areas. Beside the primary zones—Business Header, Ticket Number, and Media Player—the internet-connected system displays dynamic web feeds including Clock, Local Weather forecasts, and an live RSS News Ticker.

Queue numbers can be advanced using a wireless numeric keypad or optional software call licenses for PC and Android devices. The unit includes an integrated voice engine for ticket calling, custom audio playlist capabilities, and 19 selectable chime alerts. The RETAILBOX PRO module connects via RJ45 LAN cable or Wi-Fi, supports Master/Slave configurations across multiple units, and comes with content scheduling software for local or centralized remote management.
