SensMax L3 Pro Customer Feedback System

Sistemul de feedback clienti reprezinta un instrument extrem de eficient pentru evaluarea in timp real a gradului de satisfactie a clientilor. Acesta este complet wireless si poate fi montat cu usurinta in orice locatie, precum magazine, banci, culoare de aeroporturi, institutii publice sau clinici medicale.

Sistemul inregistreaza trei tipuri de raspunsuri: negativ, neutru si pozitiv. Clientul apasa pictograma corespunzatoare starii sale, iar votul este inregistrat instantaneu in memoria interna a dispozitivului. Datele colectate sunt transmise automat catre sediul central, permitand analiza rapoartelor de satisfactie pe diverse intervale de timp: per ora, zi, saptamana, luna sau an. Sistemul ajuta in mod direct la automatizarea calculului pentru indicele Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Cum functioneaza sistemul

Dispozitivul de feedback este complet autonom, functioneaza pe baterii si este prevazut cu trei butoane (pictograme exprimate prin emoticoane) si un suport de plastic dedicat pentru afisarea intrebarii dorite.

Technical performance and key features:

• Extended battery life: The device's battery has a lifespan of up to 2 years.

• Data security: The internal memory can autonomously store up to 25 days of statistics.

• Automatic collection: Data is automatically read by a collector (gateway) via radio transmission. Subsequently, the statistics are sent to the central database via the local area network (LAN) or via cellular connection (GSM modem).

• Advanced reporting: Information is processed in the SensMax EasyReport application, generating intuitive graphical and tabular reports.

• SMART integration: If you already use SensMax people counting, you can correlate traffic data with feedback data to accurately calculate conversion rates and the correlation between the number of visitors and their satisfaction level.

Versions available depending on the communication distance:

To perfectly adapt to the size of the location and the positioning of the data collector, the system is available in three radio coverage variants:

• SensMax L3 (Standard): Standard communication distance of 30-40 meters.

• SensMax L3 LR (Long Range): Communication distance of up to 150 meters in open space or up to 50 meters through walls.

• SensMax L3 SLR (Super Long Range): Extended communication range of up to 900 meters in open space or 150 meters through walls.
