SensMax L3 LR TS Customer Feedback System

Sistemul de feedback al clientilor este un instrument extrem de eficient pentru evaluarea nivelului de satisfactie al clientilor in timp real. Complet fara fir, poate fi montat cu usurinta in orice locatie, inclusiv magazine de retail, banci, coridoare de aeroport, institutii publice sau clinici medicale.

Sistemul inregistreaza trei tipuri de raspunsuri: Negativ, Neutru si Pozitiv. Clientii apasa pur si simplu pe pictograma corespunzatoare experientei lor, iar votul lor este stocat instantaneu in memoria interna a dispozitivului. Datele colectate sunt transmise automat catre sediul central, permitand analiza detaliata a raportului de satisfactie pe intervale de timp variate (orare, zilnice, saptamanale, lunare sau anuale). Sistemul automatizeaza direct calculul Scorului Net Promoter (NPS).

How It Works

Dispozitivul de feedback este complet autonom, functioneaza pe baterie si este echipat cu trei butoane (reprezentate prin pictograme cu fete zambitoare) alaturi de un suport din plastic dedicat pentru a afisa intrebarea personalizata.

• Advanced Reporting: Information is processed within the SensMax EasyReport application, generating intuitive graphic and tabular reports.

• Smart Integration: Seamlessly correlates traffic data with feedback metrics if paired with SensMax people counters, enabling precise calculation of conversion rates and visitor-to-satisfaction ratios.

Available Range Versions

To adapt seamlessly to any venue layout and gateway placement, the feedback system is available in three radio coverage variants:

• SensMax L3 (Standard): Standard communication range of 30–40 meters.

• SensMax L3 LR (Long Range): Extended communication range of up to 150 meters in open space or 50 meters through walls.

• SensMax L3 SLR (Super Long Range): Ultra-long range communication of up to 900 meters in open space or 150 meters through walls.
