How It Works

The SNG10E Gateway collects wireless interaction data from up to 10 separate feedback devices within its coverage area. The aggregated data is routed via a wired Ethernet connection directly to the cloud reporting platform or internal corporate servers. In the event of temporary network disruptions, the gateway automatically logs records in its internal memory—preserving the exact timestamp of every event—and automatically syncs data as soon as connectivity is restored.
