Customers record their experience with a single tap on an intuitive emoji icon (Positive, Neutral, or Negative). Votes are stored locally and automatically transmitted to a central database for automated trend analysis across flexible timeframes—hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or annually.

How the System Works

The unit operates completely wirelessly, combining a 3-button emoji layout with a clear plexiglass insert holder for custom printed survey questions. Recorded votes are held in local memory before being collected wirelessly by a SensMax gateway over RF radio signals. The gateway forwards the telemetry to the central database via LAN or cellular (GSM) networks for continuous cloud analysis.
