SensMax SLR TS Customer Feedback System

Sistemul de feedback al clientilor este un instrument extrem de eficient pentru evaluarea satisfactiei clientilor in timp real. Este complet wireless si poate fi instalat cu usurinta in orice locatie, cum ar fi magazinele de retail, bancile, coridoarele aeroporturilor, institutiile publice sau clinicile medicale.

Sistemul inregistreaza trei tipuri de raspunsuri: negativ, neutru, si pozitiv. Clientul apasa pe pictograma corespunzatoare experientei sale, iar votul este inregistrat instantaneu in memoria interna a dispozitivului. Datele colectate sunt transmise automat la sediu, permitand analiza rapoartelor de satisfactie pe diverse intervale de timp: orar, zilnic, saptamanal, lunar sau anual. Sistemul ajuta direct la automatizarea calculului Scorului Net Promoter (NPS).

Cum functioneaza sistemul

Dispozitivul de feedback este complet autonom, functioneaza pe baterie si dispune de trei butoane (reprezentate prin pictograme emoticon) alaturi de un suport din plastic dedicat pentru a afisa intrebarea personalizata.

• Extended Battery Life: The device’s battery lasts up to 2 years.

• Data Security: The internal memory can autonomously store up to 25 days of statistics.

• Automated Data Collection: Data is automatically read by a collector (gateway) via radio transmission. The statistics are then sent to the central database through the local network (LAN) or via a cellular connection (GSM modem).

• Advanced Reporting: Data is processed in the SensMax EasyReport application, generating intuitive graphical and tabular reports.

Available Versions (Based on Range)

To perfectly adapt to the size of your facility and the location of the data collector, the system is available in three radio coverage variants:

• SensMax L3 (Standard): Standard communication range of 30–40 meters.

• SensMax L3 LR (Long Range): Communication range of up to 150 meters in open space or up to 50 meters through walls.

• SensMax L3 SLR (Super Long Range): Extended communication range of up to 900 meters in open space or 150 meters through walls.
