The SensMax L3 Customer Feedback System is a wireless, self-contained solution designed for real-time customer satisfaction monitoring and automatic calculation of Net Promoter Score (NPS). Completely cable-free and simple to deploy, this 3-button survey device instantly captures visitor sentiment in retail stores, bank branches, airport terminals, public sector offices and healthcare facilities.

Customers record their experience with a single tap on an intuitive emoji icon (Positive, Neutral, or Negative). Votes are instantly recorded in local internal storage and automatically transmitted to a central database, allowing for detailed satisfaction analysis over flexible time intervals—hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or annually.

How the System Works

The unit operates completely autonomously, combining a battery-powered 3-button emoji layout with a dedicated plastic display stand for custom printed survey questions. Recorded votes are securely stored in local internal memory before being collected via radio frequency (RF) transmission by a central gateway. The gateway then sends telemetry to a central database via LAN or cellular (GSM) networks for ongoing reporting and analysis in the cloud.
