Customer Feedback Terminals for Retail Stores
The customer satisfaction rating system is designed to obtain feedback from visitors or customers within your daily operations. This system helps you better understand customer opinions and identify which locations or areas are problematic, showing you where to focus on improving the customer experience and increasing loyalty to your brand, services, and products. The SensMax feedback system is very easy to install in any location without additional wiring, as it is completely wireless.

You can record feedback data to monitor and observe trends across specific locations, with local or central, automated network reporting. You can also use the feedback system together with SensMax people counters in the SensMax EasyReport reporting software.

How it works
The wireless button for customer satisfaction evaluation is very easy to install on standard furniture pieces or special stands, without requiring special mounting or additional wiring. It features a display holder for printed questions and 3 smiley-style buttons.
The integrated filtering system helps prevent data accuracy corruption caused by repeated pressing (spam). Customer feedback statistics remain stored in the button's internal memory and can be transmitted to a local computer or central server for processing using a data collector.
Customer satisfaction data can also be combined with visitor count statistics into unified reports.
"Net Promoter" Score
Statistical data from the SensMax satisfaction evaluation system can be displayed in various daily, monthly, quarterly, or yearly reports. You can view the data as charts or tables, and also export it in PDF, XLS, or CSV formats. The SensMax EasyReport software will automatically calculate the 'Net Promoter' score.
The 'Net Promoter' score is a measure of customer loyalty. It is determined in a simple, easy-to-quantify way as a ratio between the people who promote your company (promoters) and those who diminish its appreciation (detractors). Thus, the 'Net Promoter' Score (NPS) is a powerful tool, useful in understanding customer satisfaction levels and growth opportunities through spreading a positive image of your company, products, and services. NPS shows you how likely a respondent is to recommend your company, products, and services. NPS is calculated using the formula:
NPS = Promoters (%) - Detractors (%)

Promoters are people who respond with the highest ratings, Detractors are those who respond negatively or below Neutral, and Neutral ratings are not included in the NPS index. When NPS is high, the vast majority of customers have positive opinions that they will share with close relatives and friends. If the NPS is low or negative, it means it is time to improve company processes, staff performance, and service quality.
